Our returns and refund policy relates only to the services that we supply directly. We cannot be held responsible for the policies of third party service providers that we deal with. We do ensure that the policies of those third party vendors are at least as responsible as our own otherwise we would not offer their services to our customers.

All of our direct advertising services are sold as defined by their description and are not considered returnable items. You should read and understand the terms and conditions of third party suppliers we are partnered with before you place an order with them. However we have vetted them carefully on behalf of our customers and offer their products with confidence. We wish to deal fairly and honestly with our clients in our mutual business interests. Therefore in extraneous circumstances such as the closure of your business or similar severe problems we will refund payments on a pro-rata basis by agreement.
