Our Affiliate Program allows affiliates to make money by generating sales at Multistreamonline’s Store (MSO).
Once you have completed a simple five minute registration process, you can commence
adding banners and other advertising material to your website and start selling and earning revenue.

The MSO Affiliate Program Terms
By signing up and actively using MSO affiliate program you agree to
all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. MSO may, at any
time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes
without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon
signing up with MSO affiliate program. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the MSO affiliate program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance
to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates: You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors must have
parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and
International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree
to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not
assume a false identity. You may not sign up multiple times with different email
addresses. You may not sell or give your account to another individual. An account may
be held only by the person who created it. You will use your email address/password
combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information
confidential. You may change this information by logging into your
MSO Store Affiliate account.
Affiliate agrees not to abuse MSO privileges by conduct which is
detrimental to the interests of MSO, including without limitation having
multiple accounts, attempting to earn through other than legitimate channels, or
participating in purchasing or redemption fraud.
MSO reserves the right to terminate or disable, at
MSO's sole discretion, any MSO affilate membership if
MSO believes such Affiliate has violated or acted inconsistently with
the rules of MSO or intent of this Agreement. Affiliate understands and
agrees termination of membership will result in the cancellation of all of Affiliate
earnings.
MSO shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or
violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of membership
(including cancellation of earnings) shall be final and binding.
MSO reserves the right to cancel or disable accounts that are inactive
for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive shall be defined as lack of one of the
following: website visit, email response, profile update or any affiliate earning.
Affiliate shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to
Affiliate. Affiliate acknowledges that Affiliate may only participate in the
MSO affiliate program if and to the extent that such participation is
permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations. MSO refuses to enroll
Affiliate, or to restrict, modify, or terminate Affiliate's participation in the
MSO affiliate program, without liability to Affiliate or any other party,
if Affiliate violates any law, rule, or regulation, or if Affiliate's participation in
MSO could violate any law, rule, or regulation.
Termination: At any time either Affiliate or MSO may terminate
Affiliate's membership with or without cause. Affiliate's right to use Affiliate's
membership immediately ceases upon termination and Affiliate's unpaid earnings shall
be cancelled. Termination of Affiliate's membership by Affiliate is effective upon
Affiliate submitting a termination request through the MSO Website
and Affiliate receiving a message from MSO confirming termination.
Affiliate understands that, in some cases, Affiliate may still receive messages (which
may have been scheduled prior to Affiliate's termination) after termination. Affiliate
may not earn after termination.
Should Affiliate object to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any
subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with MSO,
Affiliate's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the
MSO affiliate program and properly terminate his or her membership.

MSO reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Affiliate
who appears to be using MSO in a manner inconsistent with this
Agreement, the intent of this Agreement, or any MSO rules.
Payments: Affiliates may earn up to 20% of sale price by selling products listed on the
MSO website. Affiliates will be paid via Paypal or FastMax Visa.
MSO will pay affiliates when their balance reaches $100.00 and will be
made within 30 days of receipt of payment request. All payment requests will go
through an approval process to ensure that the sales associated with the commission
earned meets the requirements for payout. Affiliate commissions will only be approved
for sales that have been processed and delivered successfully.
Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with the
MSO affiliate program and may result in legal prosecution.
MSO strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any affiliate caught spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable
for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may
arise from the Spamming incident. MSO may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
